If Pathlight approves my application, can Tricon revoke that approval or alter the lease terms?

You can be assured that Tricon will honor all application approvals and terms of any lease agreement signed prior to January 17, including monthly rent and any ancillary fees. Beginning January 18, Pathlight will transition any applications that are in progress directly to Tricon.
